When Clara goes to look for the Nutcracker that her uncle has given her, she finds that the living room has been invaded by the King of Mice and his minions. Fortunately, the Nutcracker is transformed into a human thanks to Drosselmeyer's magic and not only saves Clara, but takes her on a magical journey through the Kingdom of Flakes and the Kingdom of sweets.
